Pumice stones work great to remove rust and hard water stains from bathroom fixtures and porcelain bathtubs.
Get yourself a nice large bucket 5 gallons and mix in it 2 gallons of water and cups of white vinegar.
Dishwashing liquid works well as a regular cleaner for a porcelain bathtub as does a diy scum fighting remover of vinegar dish soap and cornstarch.
Using this give the inside of the tub a really good wipe down.
The fine grit of this stone is gently abrasive and helps to reduce scratching.
The lemon oil will help repel soap scum and other dirt to keep the sink tub clean longer and it smells good too.
If your tub has a tough stain you can break out some cleaning screens which are similar to lightweight sandpaper.
